01 · Concept

What is real estate crowdfunding?

Real estate crowdfunding is a digital model in which several people participate, through an online platform, in projects tied to property —homes, office buildings, industrial warehouses or retail units. Each user chooses the amount they want to participate with and the platform organises the project information, the contract conditions and the subsequent tracking.

At Arbitragevw we explain, in Spanish and English, the key concepts, the actors involved and the regulatory framework that applies in Spain and the European Union. We are not an investment platform: we are an editorial channel, written by editors with experience in the Spanish real estate market.
