At Arbitragevw Editorial, S.L. ("Arbitragevw") we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights.

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We also log technical data such as your truncated IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention purposes.
We process your data to send you our monthly editorial newsletter on real estate crowdfunding and purely informational communications. The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We keep your data while your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We use European technology providers to send the newsletter and host the website, all of them bound by GDPR data processing agreements.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@arbitragevw.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider your rights have been infringed.
Any material change to this policy will be communicated through our website with reasonable notice. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
